Espresso is different on each coast. With this blend we try to capture what we taste on our west coast trips. More acidity, more intensity towards juicy brightness. We offer both espressos at our shop upon request, and we have quite a few folks who swear on this blend. Tuned for straight espresso preparation, we think it a bit bright for steamed milk drinks.
